General Usage
You are free to use the art drawn of the purchased design so long as it is posted with credit to me.
You may not remove my watermark.
Credit me for the design on your profile/character profile, design credit is not needed on every single artwork made of them however.
You may use the purchased character/artwork as a profile picture anywhere.
Art/designs are not to be used for commercial purposes without prior arrangements.
 
Design Edits and Use
You are free to edit most things on your design so long as it stays close to the original.
NSFW content featuring my designs is fine as long as the character is of age (18+).
Designs are not allowed to be used in anything that promotes racism, incest, pedophilia, homophobia/transphobia, and other harmful/hateful things of similar nature.
You may not "age up" a minor character just to use in NSFW situations.
 
Reselling and Trading
Please inform me if your trade/resell my design(s), I keep track of owners.
Show my TOS to the new owner.
Designs can only be resold at the same price purchased; no more, no less. If additional artwork is being sold with the design the prices of those may be included.
Trades of equal value are fine.
Gifting is fine but once gifted the design may not be traded or sold unless given back to the original buyer who is free to follow the previous rules on reselling/trading.
